Counselling is £60 per 50 min session.
I offer a 15 minute initial free phone call.

Reduced rate of £50 is available to counselling students

If you are on a low income and in need of help, please get in touch to ask about my limited reduced rate slots.

RTT

I offer RTT in a month long programme consisting of;

  • Initial call 
  • Hypnotherapy session (face to face or zoom)
  • Day 7 check in phone call
  • Ongoing text support if needed
  • Day 21 final check in via zoom
  • Bespoke recording to be listened to for 21 days.

I offer an initial FREE phone call, to talk through what you need and what I can offer. 

If you decide to go ahead, the cost of the initial programme including the above, is £350

Subsequent sessions are charged at £300
