RTT

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a powerful form of hypnotherapy, which can be very effective when looking at a specific issue which may be holding you back. It can help with issues such as;

Stopping smoking
Breaking a habit (nail biting, hair chewing)
A phobia or fear (fear of flying, public speaking)
Body image or dysmorphia
Anxiety
Past trauma
Relationship issues

I will ask you to be specific about the issue you would like to work on. We will then explore this in depth together, in hypnosis. This will allow you to look back and discover the root cause of your limiting belief, so that we can reframe it and you may move forward.

RTT requires commitment and work beyond our session time by both myself and you.
Each cycle of RTT takes around a month, and you should not undertake other therapy during this time.

First we will have a call about what you need. Then we will meet in person or via zoom for the hypnotherapy session, which may take up to 2 hours.
After this, I will give you a bespoke recording which you need to commit to listen to every day for a minimum of 21 days. During this time new neural pathways will be forming, enabling you to release old, unhelpful beliefs and replace them with the new messages you want to give yourself.
After this we will follow up at 7days and 21 days – the final session to explore if you may need a further session, may choose to move to counselling, or may choose to finish there.

You may require one to three sessions of RTT. Often one session will be enough to create a lasting change.
